Challenge
A highly experienced colleague, Sheila Lewis, was embarking on her next venture. To most effectively develop her professional brand, she wanted input about “The Sheila experience” and to obtain feedback about her skills and talents from others.

Solution
Facilitated a branding session and conducted telephone interviews with 17 colleagues and clients. Gathered information about what it’s like to work with Sheila, identified personal and professional characteristics, and probed to determine what sets her apart from other consultants.

The work delivered a valuable 360-degree perspective captured in a Brand Summary that informed next steps. It helped solidify the brand and influenced the framework, writing and presentation for her website and business collateral. The branding discovery process also led Sheila to embrace new words describing her best attributes.
